Constipation: There are lot's of diets to relieve constipation, as well as OTC products. You can look these up on the internet. However instead of just trying to temporarily relieve symptoms, it would be wiser to treat the cause. It may be diet, hormonal, medicine (including recreational) induced. Fiber and water: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
