^ fluid intake: Try for at least 64 ounces of water per day. Aim for 5 servings of veggies and 4 of fruit per day. Avoid crap carbohydrates. Increase dietary fiber - go for whole grain when possible. May wish to decrease dairy until you become a little more regular. Good luck.
