My wife, who is 59, had a routine chest xray and the report showed prominent aortic knuckle. what is this and is it anything to worry about?

Xray finding: In the absence of any health problems it does not have any significance. Not sure why it was done in the first place as there is no indication for doing routine chest xray at her age without a specific reason. If there were specific symptoms that prompted a chest xray then it depends upon the symptoms.
