Need more infor: Several questions need answering. First what symptoms were present that required ordering of chest radiograph. Who interpreted the exam? general radiologist or pediatric radiogist? There are many findings that are coincidental and can be explained as normal variations. I never hear of aortic knuckle but there is aortic nipple which is normal variationl.
