Yes it can: Depending on where aorta is enlarged the chest X-ray is quite capable of showing an enlarged dilated aorta. Usually simple movement is not an issue. Keeping blood pressure under control and strenuous activity might be avoided

Unlikely: Size? Location, Other risk factors? Control blood pressure take meds: ? Losartan as well as metoprolol, is being popularized. Severe straining- like massive weight lifting is worth avoiding
