I been having shoulder pain in my rotator cuff for a good while now and im losing range of motion what do you think it could be?

Get examined: Not uncommonly, decreased range of shoulder motion in young females could be due to thyroid or glucose issues. Other considerations could be damage to rotator cuff. Simple physical therapy may help dramatically. Consult with your regular doctor.

Rotator cuff injury: Injuries to the rotator cuff are common and can be caused by falls, overuse or heavy lifting. The most common injury is a tear of the tendon that connects the shoulder muscles to the bone. If the tear is minor, it may heal on its own with strict rest, physical therapy and alternating ice/heat for pain. An MRI can determine how severe the damage is. You should talk to your Dr for initial evaluation
