Soft tissues: 30y female w. chronic pain region of one superior scapula spine, site insertion of Levator scapulae & Superior Trapezium. Chronic muscle spasm evokes chronic tendonitis. See Osteopath for confirmation. Etiologic factors can be chronic head tilt, crossed cervical muscles, see below, scoliosis, unilateral sacroiliac joint disorder/sag. This locus of pain is common in many Fibromyalgia sufferers.
