Months ago i had sharp pain back of shoulder.hurt for weeks bad. now it only hurts sometimes but it hurts bad sometimes. it hurts between shoulder blade and spine. sometimes radiates down arm. i have full range of motion. sometimes hurts in chest too?

Right or left : side? Right side could be gallbladder, pancreas, or stomach. Left side could heart related, and even more serious. Either side need an exam and testing with your doctor.
