Lump under incision, feel more standing than lying down. 3.5 wks post open recurrent inguinal hernia op. 3 months post 1st laparoscopic op. feel pressure from time to time. ct scan 2 weeks post show fluid buildup, no recurrent hernia. why pressure?

Post op scar/fluid ?: Scars from operative incisions/repairs become are still repairing even at "3 months post-op". Collection of fluid may be from what is called a "seroma" which will ultimately resolve. See your surgeon who may withdraw some redundant fluid buildup.
