Yes, you have hernia: Not all hernias can be felt, especially hiatal hernias are rarely felt on physical exam.

Multiple hernias: Some patients that develop multiple hernias have an inherited collagen deficiency resulting in hernias in many locations. The locations you have described are all common hernia locations. Asymptomatic hernias generally can be observed. If the hernias are not palpable on examination and you are asymptomatic, i would not recommend any surgery. I would recommend a consult with a hernia surgeon.
