Pull from adhesions: You may have developed adhesions, most of the time will disappear in couple of months , be patient and go back to your surgeon for follow up visit.

Need more evaluation: An ultrasound of the abdominal wall with valsalva and attention to the area of pain will help with diagnosis. At six months out, and ongoing symptoms you should get checked. Good luck.
