Health Anxiety: An hCG level of 1.9 is a negative result. Especially in light of it dropping from 5 which is already a negative result. While it never possible to be 100% sure that there are no trophoblastic cells left, focusing on the HCG obsessively can actually lead to negative physical stress in your body. Talk to a Therapist about this Health Anxiety for tools and practices that can alleviate the stress.
