Im 20 years old and ive noticed that one of my tonsils is very enlarged compared to the other, but both seem red & my throat and tonsils are covered in red veins. i also have bumps on the back of my throat and tongue but no pain as of yet. (2days?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. One sided enlargement is a cause for concern. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
