I have red veins on back of my throat, this is the second time in 15 days, accompanied with yellow bumps tho tonsils are removed. is it normal?

Pharyngitis: Yes, pharyngitis (throat infection) can occur even if tonsils removed. I would see someone to make sure this isn't strep (a bacterial pharyngitis). in the meantime, throat lozenges, warm liquids, and ibuprofen can improve any pain that you might have.
