Need Medical check u: The growth on your tongue may be benign but it could also be cancerous. We need to know your age and social history about Alcohol use and if you smoke tobacco?. An examination by your dentist or a Oral surgeons will be best...as he/she can decide whether a biopsy of the growth is indicated right now or not. Good luck
