Herpes?: Foam bathing (or any type of bathing) cannot do this. But you should be checked for herpes, the most common cause of genital area blisters or sores. Herpes outbreaks can appear months or years after catching it. Or maybe just pimples. Best to check with a doctor. Good luck.
