Pimple : These can be "pimples" but they can also be infectious. Some infections in this region of the body are transmitted sexually. I suggest you have your primary doctor look at the lesion. They can the. Advise you as to the cause and the treatment. If you are worried that it is an STD then I would refrain from sexual activity until the condition is defined
