They could very possibly be ingrown hairs, but another possibility for a painless "bump" in the vaginal area is from the papilloma virus, or commonly known as venerial warts. You should visit a gynecologist to have a look at them and possibly culture it to confirm. If they are papilloma virus, you would want to have them removed. Kind regards dr. Tedde rinker.
