Vulvar "bumps": Hair follicle "bumps"(folliculitis) can be caused by many hygiene issues including things that "go bump" in the dark of night or tight "non breathing" underwear or pads that keeps "bumping" into the vulva trapping bacteria. Shaving can also contribute to "bumps". Wash the vulva with dove, caress or ivory, eliminate tight clothing, clean "both parties" before intercourse and and problem "smoothed".

Not necessarily: There are many different skin conditions that may occur in that area, including psoriasis, allergic reactions, eczema, and some infections (such as stds), among others. Please see a health professional for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
