Hello i have only recently found a tiny lump on the back of my kneck under my hairline it doesnt hurt , isnt visible and i feel like it moves a tiny bit do you know what it could be ?

Tiny lump: From your description it can a lipoma ( small mass of fatty tissue ) which is completely benign and can be just monitored. It can also be a cyst which is also benign and usually go away by themselves. Just monitor for now. They can get irritated and start hurting or get infected rarely. It can be a skin tag again benign.
