Can't say : Without a better description or direct exam it is difficult to speculate on what a sore may be from. It is a common site for staph or strep to invade the skin, but there are other possibilities too.

Agree with Dr. F: Another likely cause is oral herpes simplex. if the sores do not subside in 2-3 days or if you get fever, or the sore spread, see a doctor. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
