Lupus sores: Ulcerations ( sores) can occur on any mucus membrane which is the entire GI tract as well as vaginal tract .The ANA is high would seek medical attention from rheumatologist because may be flare and only proper lupus treatment will resolve the ulcers. Check for concommitant herpes I infection ( treat w/ acyclovir), check TSH, Gargling/swishing with salt water 2-3x/day may limit added infection
