May need exam/rx: This often reflects a colonization within the nasal tissues with a strain of staph. When clusters of such sores form they might respond to application of an antibiotic ointment on the sores and within the nasal entrance. However, sometimes it requires a round of antibiotics to eliminate the germ & stop the sores.
