I have had a headache at the back of my head mainly but can be all over for 3 weeks now, quite serve- paracetamol does nothing, ibuprofen sort of helps. i have now got numbness on the right side of my face and in my ear with pain behind my right eye?

Prolonged headache: That’s a long time for a headache and you’re having additional concerning symptoms. I think you need an in-person evaluation with a neurologist.
