Toothache: Many possibilities including tooth infection, gum infection, sinus infection, fracture, parafunctional habits, etc. Sorry, no OTC, homeopathic, oil, salve, pill, etc., will provide permeant cure, only possibly temporary symptomatic relief as problem worsens. Please see a Dentist. He/she is trained/experienced in providing long-lasting care.
