Im hurting in the bottom left side of my abdomen. i keep getting sharp throbbing pains and havent had an appetite in about 2 weeks now. the pain started today. should i go to the er or wait to see a primary doctor? what could it possibly be?

Abdomen pain: Yes I would suggest going to the ER since the symptoms are progressing. It can be related to the colon or the ovaries. You will need to be examined and may need a CT scan and some blood work to evaluate further.
