I've been having off and on severe pain of the bottom left side of my abdomen and i've felt nauseated since yesterday morning. it hurts to stand up straight and i have a headache. should i see a doctor?

Although I'm not : a medical doctor, as a mother, if you were my daughter, I would encourage you to be checked by a doctor. Go to an ER or 24 hr eme clinic. I hope physicians here will see my response and offer their thoughts as well.
