Do you always have a blagocyst only ovary when pregnant and how soon will you see it?

Not on ovary: A blastocyst is not on your ovary. A blastocyst is an early ball of cells made from the dividing fertilized egg. I think you are confusing this with a corpus luteum. A cl is a structure that develops in the ovary and produces hormones that help support early pregnancy.
