Yes, : Yes, you should absolutely call your ob. Some women do have more pressure, but it sounds like your pressure is extreme, and as you are also having back pain you need an immediate evaluation. Please call your OB immediately. Any symptom at this stage of pregnancy must be taken very seriously in order to avoid pre-term labor.
