My amh is 0.55 fsh 7.4 and they can't see my ovaries in ultrasound. my tubes are open but little curly. i am 26. any suggestion to get pregnant?

Very low AMH: Your amh is very low which is surprising for a 26 year old. Schedule a visit with a reproductive endocrinologist for more extensive testing. You are quite young for premature ovarian failure. Testing for hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism needs to be done.
