Post-op facet pain: You likely have facet related pain. I would suggest facet blocks diagnostically then follow with RF of the median nerve. The option of a facet joint fusion is possible done by a well trained Interventional Pain MD.

Pain generator: You are correct, that you are avoiding anti-inflammatories after fusion to help the fusion occur. However, this effect wanes by 9 months after your last fusion and you should be able to (as long as there are no other contradindications and your own surgeon approves) return to these meds. The facet joints should be fused or at least "fusing" after the surgery: thus, seek your current pain source!

MANY: There are many things that may cause neck & lower back pain. The 2 most common is sprain/strains, and arthritis. Others are disc herniations, infections, tumors, fractures, and congenital deformities. If you are experiencing pain and it does not respond to heat, rest, and stretching exercises, i would suggest that you see your pcp for an evaluation.

Depends on u & type: This depends on the type of surgery done and what condition you are in at the time of surgery and whether there were any complications with the surgery. For an outpatient microdisectomy, it can range from activity restriction for several weeks and some home exercises to a full fledged physical therapy program of at least 6 weeks with a more involved surgery like a multilevel fusion.

49 year old with serious nasal congestion, really bad when lying down. Have had this problem for a while?

Seek treatment: Infection can cause congestion as well as bad allergies. There are medicines for both. We have many different medications for severe nasal allergies so see your doctor to know what treatment would be right for you. When you lie down the pressure in the veins of your nasal passages is higher and the congestion is usually worse. That is normal.

My wife has a boil behind her back. Sometimes, the boil will swell and contained pus. We think egg consumtion caused this. Is it possible?

No: A boil is an infection from an organism on the skin. There are also glands that can become occluded and these sebaceous glands will drain a malodorous thick material but they are not always infected. See your doctor for treatment but not related to eggs.
