I am having several painful canker sores under the tongue for last 3 days since i ate very spicy meal.does it indicates any severe issue that can be problematic or related to tongue cancer?

No: It means you have a problematic virus. See your Dentist while lesions are active so that they can be properly evaluated.

Not cance: Canker sores are common, they are not cancer. They are an inconvenience and in general they disappear on their own with a week or so. You should be able to get over the counter medication to ease the pain. If you have any additional concerns, see your dentist. Stay well.
