Wide variation: It's nice to try to diagnose something yourself by looking at pictures on the internet, but you really need a trained professional to take a look and diagnose this. Canker sores (aphthous ulcers) can vary widely in size, appearance and number.

If yours is not completely gone in 2 weeks from onset, see your General Dentist, specialist Oral /Surgeon, or specialist oral pathologist.
