Pelvic pain: Fibroids can cause pelvic pain, abnormal cycles and pain during sex but other things can cause these symptoms too. Pain is a symptom that should always be paid attention to. I would get an appointment and go see your OB/GYN or if it is really painful you should go to your nearest ER. Good luck.
