A member asked:

Can small fibroids cause cramps outside of menstrual cycle along with abdominal tenderness?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"Small fibroids" are not usually symptomatic other than intermenstrual bleeding, and are not generally the cause of cramps when not menstruating. Abdominal pain should be evaluated by your GYN physician, with an exam and additional testing.
