Yes, very possible. On the other hand, these symptoms are consistent with any one of a wide variety of viral infections - Enterovirus, Coxsackievirus, Calcivirus, + many, many others. Only thing different about Coronavirus is A) if the child transmits it to you or your parents, CAN be very serious B) very rarely, child can get very ill. Isolate the child and get him/her tested NOW
