Need more info...: I am not sure who you are talking about-how old is the person who can’t hear and how is this person related to you? Without knowing the age of the person, it is difficult to know what the next step should be. If the person is an adult, you may want to see an audiologist. An audiologist can do very detailed hearing tests and figure out the type and severity of the hearing loss as well as treatment.
