I have tinnitus with no hearing loss and no cause affecting my right ear. i noticed when i turn my head right the tinnitus goes up and right back down. could my neck be the cause of my tinnitus with that symptom proving it?

Can cervical disc bulge and neck pain/strain cause right side tenderness of head, ear fullness and tinnitus? As per PTA, normal hearing. MRI brain normal too. Taking D high 2000 IU and Nuflam for disc bulge. Can this trigger tinnitus? Can it be cured?
