Be seen: many possible causes, i would recommend you be seen. potential causes could typically be neurologic or vascular. an exam and appropriate studies will usually determine the cause and tell you which way to go. Don't let it get to bad before you get evaluated, as you may be developing ischemia in your arm for one reason or another.
