No: No Vitamin deficiency does not cause muscle or tendon tenderness after blood test. It is not uncommon to have pain and soreness around the site of blood draw. In rare instances you can get more extensive pain and swelling. Usually icing the area and pain meds or anti-inflammatories are sufficient to treat it.
