Need for evaluation: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without seeing you, taking history, performing physical examination and may be some tests. Vitamin d deficiency can cause weakness and you could safely take 4000 units of vitamin d3 daily. However, you need to address your diet and exercise and it would be good to see your doctor first.
