More details needed: Leg cramps can indicate that there is either an electrolyte imbalance involving Magnesium, Calcium or Phosphate (muscle cramps, tightening or spasm) , or that there is a vascular issue involving a blood clot (pain, discoloration, deep soreness). A physical exam and imaging can determine the underlying condition. Treatment involves supplementation or thrombolytics.
