Fluids, rest, NSAIDs: Assuming these cramps are after dancing, because if they are coming while you're dancing the treatment is different and you should probably see your doctor. Any one who performs vigorous exercise, including dancing, is no stranger to muscle aches and cramps. Hydration before, during and after is important. Ice might help with pain but you should cool down first before using ice or a cold shower.
