I get pulsating pains in my left arm and my right leg. usually following the major vain or artery. only once in a while. any ideas what it is?

Need more infromatio: There are many potentials to what you describing, it is important to find bit more if the pain associated with stiffness, and if it is worse in the morning and if it is related to movement and if you have difficulty climbing stairs or weakness in your arm I suggest you discuss this with your family doctor for further evaluation

Uncertain: Do you feel the pulse in the arm the same as your heartbeat and artery will pulse but a vein does not unless it has a clot in it. I don't think that you're a case. The pulsing may actually not be the artery at all but could be muscle. You can discuss this with your physician.
