Good afternoon: You might have a vicious consolidation, that could be that the bone is repaired by now but in a non anatomical position which is causing that problem, another possible situation is that you had an extensors tendon injury. I recommend you to see an orthopedic surgeon to get an Xray of your hand and evaluate the bone consolidation to see if that might be the problem.
