Depends: If they are curved inward towards the 4th fingers, they have probably always been like that and you hadn't noticed. This is called "clinodactyly" and can be normal, assuming he is otherwise heatlhy. If they are curved downward, it could be a tendon problem. See child's doctor if the problem persists.
