Back and hip pain: Normal daily activity is generally best for the back pain. Avoid sudden heavy lifting. Consider physical therapy for a tailor made exercise program. For the hip bursitis, try OTC ibuprofen of tolerated. Avoid lying on that side, especially during sleep. Try ice packs to decrease pain and inflammation. Corticosteroid injection into the hip may help if other methods don’t.

...rebuild joints...: Weight is important due to signs of Degenerative Joint disorder. If overweight by >20lbs; For diet- Drink Warm water in place of iced/sugared drinks. Eat Complex Carbs & avoid free sugar& white foods. Eat more Protein like fish, chicken, lean beef and increase Veges & Fresh Fruits. Add Salt-free bone broth to help rebuild joints. Exercise- Take walks, avoid lifting heavy weights, get PT training
