Testing: COVID 19 screening is recommended. Self isolation, masks and social distancing recommended, particularly while waiting for test results. If negative, you may have a sinus infection not related to COVID 19. Monitor your temperature, drink fluids, rest, use nasal saline and avoid Motrin until COVID test negative. Watch for flu like symptoms and fever. Please see your PCP.

COVID 19 concerns: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. I would not jump to conclusions regarding Guillain Barre.
