Stress and meds: Proper adjustment to stress is the only long lasting pattern of response that will not cause potential side effects. No meds have ever been proven to be safe when taken indefinitely. Clobazam or urbanol is a benzodiazepine that should only be used for short periods of time as its potential for side effects in the long term is high. Being controlled, cannot be prescribed on this platform.
