Yes: Vitamin B12 is a special situation. Unless you have malabsorpton of foods in general, you should absorb other vitamins normally.

Yes, however...: The mechanism via which we absorb B12 is complex. Many can't absorb it. This is unrelated to your ability to absorb other vitamins, though one cause, low stomach acid, can also make it hard to absorb minerals.
